  • Reduced the "received-not vouchered-balances" for the MD Asphalt product line from 1000+ unique items to < 50 in 2009, identifying inconsistencies and duplicate record errors in the JD Edwards software. The correction of these records enabled the EOne accounting system to accurately calculate financial statements going forward automatically as designed.

  • Supervised staff of 5, which included payroll, billing, accounts payable and job costing.
  • Designed and implemented a job cost reporting system to support financial analysis for all construction jobs. The system ultimately rolled up to the parent company's financial reporting tool and enabled fast and accurate analysis of job performance for management.
  • Implemented and helped to maintain an inventory control system, which resulted in real time counts of all products maintained within this system.
  • Managed all bank and general ledger reconciliations, coordinated budgets and month end closings.
