As a Project Manager I have been responsible for pre-construction operations including contract, design and specification development, planning, estimating, bidding and scheduling sub-contractors and material; project administration and execution controlling and supervising the progress and quality of the project and maintaining a safe and efficient job site, managing the project teams and coordinating with consultants and other stakeholders throughout the project life cycle. And as a designer and Revit drafter, I have been responsible for the production of construction documents for educational, medical, corporate and commercial projects which gives me extensive knowledge of the design intent, facilitating communication with project designers and clients. 
I possess a proven track record of progressive responsibility, with over nine years of experience in construction management and land development, I have supervised multiple real estate development projects across San Diego and Imperial County including luxury custom homes and estates in Rancho Santa Fe and surrounding areas. I conducted site analyses to determine subdivision potential, created project design specifications to generate the best return on investment, and managed the design, development and construction of diverse types of projects in the U.S. and abroad including a nine figure project in Panama City, Panama.

Responsible for all preconstruction activities, including networking with current and potential clients, prequalifying with new government agencies, developing preliminary budgets, value engineering, preconstruction schedules, procurement plan, prequalification of subcontractors, detailed take-off and estimating, definition of bid package scopes, subcontractor/supplier bidding, evaluation of bids, evaluation of alternatives and comparative studies, and proposal writing.
