I assisted lawyers in carrying out research in some areas of law.
I was usually in the library reading my books.
I also went with the lawyers to observe proceedings in court.
The experience effectively prepared me on how i am expected to conduct myself while in court. It further developed my commercial awareness, attention to details, research and advocacy skills.

I went to court, observed proceedings at the Lagos state High Court, Ikorodu division. This made it possible for me to realize that to succeed as a lawyer, dillegence is needed.
I also saw how the three stages of examination of witnesses are conducted.
