Project Manager, Parsons Security Justice, Baghdad, Iraq (May 2004 - June 2006)
Assigned to highest profile, fast track and security sensitive projects in Baghdad, Iraq. These projects consisted of the $24 million "Iraqi Special Tribunal Building and prison holding facility for Saddam Hussein", the $21 million "Special Safe Housing for Iraqi Political Dignitaries", and courthouses within various provinces in Iraq, totaling $35 million. Responsible for management and functional execution of assigned projects. Ensured the development of designs through construction completion were executed in proper manner, in adherence of budgets, schedules, and client interfaces. Provided direction to all support staff assigned directly to the projects. Reviewed the accuracy of the field daily and weekly progress reports and ensured that the various data were provided in a timely and accurate manner for project liability. Performed eyes-on inspection and training of local Iraqi personnel during the construction process.
