The Carter is one of Sydney's newest and thriving nightlife  venues. Here I have been subcontracted to work on exclusive events and tours coming out of the establishment. 


Role & Responsibilities:

  • Arrange releases and verbiage for 'local articles and online press 
  • Generate story ideas, investigate and report on trends in the business
  • Confer with other managers to identify trends or key group interests or concerns or to provide advice on business decisions
  • Preparing correspondence  on my Clients behalf    
  • Media relations point of contact for all major events with celebrity clientele 
  •  Plan or direct development or communication of programs to maintain favorable public or stockholder perceptions of an organization's accomplishments, agenda, or environmental responsibility

Publicity Trainee

 During 2014 I was approached by Think Common and upon accepting their job offer I was relocated to Los Angeles to work as Publicity Trainee to Actor and Musician – Common. This role included working in close proximity to multiple A-list artists, travelling frequently interstate and accompanying my client in the completion of his schedule which included but was not limited to performances, speaking engagements, film sets and award shows / performances.




Role & responsibilities:

  Respond to requests for information from the media or designate an appropriate spokesperson or information source

  Liaising with management and the Think Common team to coordinate press scheduling

•  Arrange public appearances, contests, or exhibits for clients to increase product or service awareness or to promote goodwill

•    Traveling  on road with high scale tours to conduct press obligations

    Communicate with external businesses that support Common including: agencies, business management team and working closely with PR team

•    Development  of forms such as checklists  and press outlet application forms

 Confer with other managers to identify trends or key group interests or concerns or to provide advice on business decisions

Upon completion  of working  2 events with Xposed Media I was offered a permanent  role with the company.     Artist relations

    Traveling  on road with high scale tours to conduct press obligations

    Assisting  with delivery  of artists for press obligations

    Organising  and assisting  in the running of press days

    Consult with advertising agencies or staff to arrange promotional campaigns in all types of media for products, organizations, or individuals.
