Safety & Health 
Manage safety staff and safety programs for multiple offices. Physical site assessments and implementation of corrective actions for field personnel (200 to 800 personnel) located at offices & projects throughout the southeastern United States. Inspect various types of industry, manufacturing and construction to assess safety conditions and provide practical and cost effective solutions. Develop, implement and train personnel on corporate safety plans, site-specific safety plans and emergency action plans. Conduct accident investigations to determine their root cause and implement corrective actions. Implementation of a program that reduces accidents through a cultural change within the organization based on education, encouragement and enforcement ("3E"). Manage DOT compliance program. 
 
Risk Management
