Prime duties are supervision and management of DDC and SCA projects that includes organize and coordinate the projects from start to end. Preparing submittals, RFI's, PCO's, RFP's,
coordinate with the Owner's representative PM, building staff; and brief them day to day activities and ensuring project safety by applying OSHA rules for site safety compliance. Ensuring quality of construction with effective means and methods of construction; providing executive

proposals. Recently won two NYCSCA projects; the dollar values of the projects are $589,846.00 for PS 69, Queens and 3,089100.00 for John Adams HS, Queens. All jobs are under union PLA
(project labor agreement) contracts. Experience working with different trade union organizations.
Project includes: Nelson Ave Family Residence - Agency DDC - $2,999,898.00 The scope of work includes
brick pointing of 25,000 SFT, Stucco removal and application of 37,000 SFT, sills, louvers, lintels
replacements, replacement of roofing system, base flashing, removal & installation of new coping
stone at front façade and replacement of metal coping at backyard parapet wall, repair of decorative lime stone, lead paint abatement at fire escape, asbestos abatement at roofing and
flashing system, bulkhead repairs, replacements of HM frames, doors, hardware, replacement of aluminum fence, new expansion joints at parapet wall, and miscellaneous brick masonry work.
The project is on schedule with 40% completion.
PS 06 - Bronx - Agency NYCSCA - $1,649, 430.00 - The project includes brick pointing of front façade, replacement of concrete stairs with blue stone, stone pointing, asbestos
abatements, plaster & ceiling repair work inside the class rooms, replacement of skylight, repair of decorative lime stone, brick masonry work, re-caulking of limestone, stair metal railing and miscellaneous work.
PS 101Q - Agency NYCSCA - $1,126,550.00 - The project includes flood elimination,
waterproofing, limestone repair work, exterior & interior masonry wall repair, installation of snow
guard, roof gutters, new down spouts, asbestos abatement, interior finishes. The project is
completed on time with safety and no accident.
PS 87 Queens - Agency NYCSCA - $878,496.00 - The scope of work includes removal &
replacement of damaged exterior paving, new floor drain, trench, piping, exterior joint & caulking
replacement, floor repair, painting, waterproofing at interior wall foundation wall, brick pointing
and masonry repair. The project is completed on time with safety and no accident.

GNU Inc. is the prime contractor for School Board of Broward County (SBBC) and has open end
contract for new construction and renovations of all Broward County Schools. As a construction
manager and superintendent, my responsibilities running multiple job sites from $100,000.00 to
$I0,000,000.00+ of new construction, addition and renovations of existing facilities. Briefly,
projects include concrete work, site work, drainage system, drywall, painting, roofing, sprinkler
system, fire alarm system, electrical system, walkway canopies, fencing and play court etc.
Managing the project from beginning to the end including estimating, planning, scheduling,
budgeting, costing, negotiation, supervising, general performance and overall progress of the projects.
Responsibilities includes buyout, find proper sub-contractors, issue contract, PO's, submittals,
RFI's, PCO's, RFP's, identify evolving changes to scope and design, and how its effect in cost &
schedule. Coordinate with the Owner's representative PM, inspectors and school staff; and brief
them day to day activities and ensuring project safety for the students and enforcing OSHA rules for site safety compliance. Overseeing project budget and cost control including application of value engineering, improving labor production efficiency and optimum use of material and
machinery; ensuring quality of construction with effective means and methods of construction;
providing executive management and documentation of project's progress including safety, daily and weekly reports and sub-contractor's meeting minutes; procurement of materials, equipment and machinery at site. Additionally, experience with hard bids/ open bids of different projects for
Counties, Cities and Government Organization. Takeoff quantities, prepare estimate, participate
bidding process and after winning the bid, supervise & execute the projects. Following are the some of my successful projects:
Construction of playgrounds/ play area for the SBBC for different schools from elementary to high
schools; the scope of work includes preparing area to receive new play court equipments,
resilient surfaces, concrete work, play area sand, sod, metal & fabric canopies, fences, bleachers,
running tracks and all associated miscellaneous work. Here is a few projects which completed on budget and schedule e.g. Teddder E S, Hollywood Hills ES, Sheridan Hills school, Margate E S,
Pembroke Lakes Elementary, Seagull School @ Whiddon-Roger, Virginia Shuman Young E S.
Hallandale High School etc.
Sea Port of Broward County for Port Everglades; installation of new hydraulic twin holeless
elevator and interior work at Terminal 25 which includes the auger cast pilings, pressure grouting,
existing grade beam cutting & rehabilitation, elevator pit & well, cutting & patching existing metal
joist built up roof, installation of new metal stud, drywall & application of knock down finish,
painting, fire sprinkler system, new fire alarm system synchronizing with existing fire alarm
system, communication system, electrical work for new elevator & machine room, and miscellaneous work.
Hawkes Bluff ES: Installation of new drainage system, demolition of existing fire alarm system and installation of complete new fire alarm system, new ADA stage lift, caulking & sealant in existing windows and provide vacuumed test, new sidewalk and miscellaneous work.
Another successful project completed before substational completion date for Port of Miami: responsible for project estimating and preparing bid proposal and after winning the bid my
responsibilities include initiation of the project, coordination with Miami-Dade officials PM and seaport staff. Responsibility also includes finding the proper sub-contractors of different trades,
negotiation, make contracts and project site execution. The project main scope of work was the installation of 10500 SFT of Median fabric canopy, Two 110' x 35' high tensile membrane
structures cross-over canopies and Four entrance canopies for Cruise Terminals B & C for the
arrival of new cruise ship EPIC of Norwegian Cruise Company. The project required helical
pilings for canopy foundations, concrete work, heavy metal work, drainage work, electrical and lightning protection work. The project had very tight schedule and should be finished before
arrival of new cruise ship Epic on July 6, 2010.
Completing different successful projects, my company gave me the responsibility of another
important project for Broward County Transit Center which is located at Pompano Beach. The
project scope of work including but not limited to earth work, new drainage system, new sewer and water installation and tie with existing system, grading, paving, sidewalks, concrete bus loop,
passengers vehicular pick up and drop off area, utilities, 9,200 Square-foot steel and canvas
canopy, signage, landscaping, pergola, site lighting, lightning protection, and other miscellaneous
specialties on an approximately 3.5-acre site. My responsibilities included but not limited to site
supervision, conducting meetings at job site and off-site, preparing submittals, shop drawings,
preparing RFI's, daily and weekly reports, buyout, schedule and conduct inspections, managing
sub-contracts, coordination with city and county inspectors and project managers, keep track the project as per schedule and update schedule activities and miscellaneous related activities.
