Comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations and ETM Privacy Practices (and ensuring all therapists do the same).
Monitor of rebooking rates and providing coaching, mentoring and training as needed.
Communicating with owner when trades are not being received or performed.
SOAP notes, ensuring they are being completed by MTs prior to leaving the studio after every shift. Following up with and coaching therapists who are not following studio SOAP note procedures.
Tracking licensure, CEU requirements and therapist liability insurance.
Coach massage therapists on assessing clients, thereby helping the studio to increase client visits, memberships and revenues.
Monitor and assist with MT shift coverage requests.
EDUCATION/MEETINGS & EVENTS
Coordinate and conduct training sessions, at least 6 sessions per year.
Create MT staff meeting agenda.
Assist with locating and coordinating off site events/ chair massage marketing opportunities.
Monitor linens and clinical supply inventory.
Notify owner of equipment needing repair or replacement.
