Maintained corporate minute books, drafting annual and special minutes, as well as filing annual reports in Texas and all qualified states. Procured and maintained over 140 corporate and officer insurance licenses in approximately 46 states. Responsible for filing insurance company Registration Statements and amendments as needed, with the Texas Dept of Insurance. As Compliance Officer for the insurance company, acted as liaison between the Texas Department of Insurance and the company, filing for various approvals of company actions. 
Independently worked with various departments in all related companies to resolve problems and in the preparation of litigation responses by in-house attorneys. 
Was Manager of Contracts and Licensing Dept for 15 years, drafting agency agreements between MGA and approximately 1200 insurance agents. Monitored all agent licenses and appointments. Resolved issues between various departments and agents. Retired from position March 2012. 
Six years with American Excel Insurance Company and various insurance-related corporations. Qualified the insurance company in 13 states. Filed registration statements on behalf of the insurance company and maintained various licenses for the agencies and premium finance companies. Acted as liaison between company officers and outside general counsel. One year with Geary, Stahl and Spencer lawfirm, as a legal assistant, drafting residential real estate closing documents on behalf of lenders. Coordinated closings with borrowers, lenders, and title companies. 
Two years with Baker-Marine Corporation as Contracts Administrator overseeing contracts for the construction of multi-million dollar oil drilling rigs. 
Five years with Rain, Harrell, Emory, Young & Doke, legal assistant for Dan M. Cain, senior partner, drafting interim and permanent real estate loan documents covering apt buildings, hospitals, shopping malls and other commercial buildings. 
Four years with Frank Hernandez, Attorney at Law. as legal assistant. Interviewed clients, interacted and coordinated with court clerks, judges and attorneys. Researched law and drafted pleadings.
