As a management analyst for the Submarine Commander, meticulously provide oversight and guidance to subordinate commands for proper placement of personnel and personnel skill sets to accomplish the command's mission. Responsible for the monitoring of enlisted manning requirements and manning levels of 100 nuclear submarines involving the placement of over 17,000 personnel. Ensuring the readiness of each unit by compiling manning and skill set data, and providing a detailed analysis to executive leadership, with recommendations to improve the overall personnel readiness or possible changes in policy. Sever as the organizational representative for the Commander, Submarine Forces to the Fleet Forces "FIT" Personnel monitoring program, liaison with various Naval commands at the Type Commander level. Meticulously perform the collection and analyzing of enlisted manning data against requirements using various Web based personnel programs. This data is also analyzed for implementation within the DRRS-N (Defense Readiness Reporting System-Navy) program. Conducted PowerPoint briefings and presentations to executive leadership, providing recommendations on policies and procedures to ensure proper manning levels throughout the enterprise. Developed automated spreadsheets to gather personnel data from manning databases, evaluating the data to provide detailed readiness levels for each unit within the submarine force and developed processes which corrected any deficiencies. As a team member of manning cross functional teams, initiated the action for possibilities for the development of a new Information Technology rating within the submarine force. This rating was approved and established onboard submarines, allowing for the proper maintenance and repair of the submarine networks.
