  • Making sure all temporary maintenance/guest badges that have been given out during the day are returned and locked
  • Assisting with mail outs from Marketing Department when needed by assembling mail outs
  • Notifying company employees of lunch orders being delivered
  • In the event of an employee emergency, making the outgoing call or answer the Mitel Console Alarm that an emergency call has been made for ambulances, Direct medics accordingly upon arrival
  • Regularly checking and monitoring security cameras for activity
