Warner Robins, GA, Logistician, 01/07 - 08/09
Track labor and material funding for Unscheduled Depot Level Maintenance (UDLM) III aircraft utilizing Excel. I ordered assets through the military's supply system, "EMALL" and local purchase items from Kellstrom Industries for UDLM III aircraft. Tracked requisitions, shipments, from military supply depots and conducted shipping analysis on materials ordered. Monitored the requisitions for updated availability, pricing and dates of anticipated arrival at Alabama Aircraft Industries, (AAI) INC. Conducted schedule reviews on aircraft processing through UDLM repairs facilities. Ensured material requirement dates are met per each aircraft schedule. I developed spreadsheets on past UDLM III aircraft to catalog all military requisitions and local purchases. Researched assets for availability and pricing utilizing FED-LOG, Information Handling System (IHS), and EMALL to prepare for and distribute Request for Quote (RFQ) package to potential suppliers. Collected and analyzed returned quotes to create a comparative database. Assisted the logistics manager in preparation of purchase requests, secured signature of contracts manager, and distributed completed purchase orders (POs) to the selected suppliers, and followed up to confirm receipt of the POs.
