Summary

I have represented large oil service companies and financial institutions in Venezuelan courts, administrative agencies and in round tables, discussing and negotiating contracts and agreements.  
 
I have also worked at the Mexican National Oil Company, PEMEX, for the department for International Affairs, negotiated and drafted contracts for the company, reviewed and made inputs to contracts before PEMEX's approval and signature of the contract, drafted settlement agreements to be presented in U.S. courts.  
 
Currently I am assisting the Colombia Texas Chamber of Commerce as an Offshore Consultant providing legal orientation on the U.S. offshore regulation and Colombian Offshore regulation. 
 
As an energy lawyer I want to work in the energy field. The masters degree I completed has instructed me with the knowledge of the activities, contracts and projects that take place in the production of Oil and Gas, from the upstream to the mid and downstream phases of projects.
