 Responsible for the prompt validation of all relevant work permit from client and ensure all safety precautions are strictly observed as stipulated by the permit to work system. 
 Ensure that all subcontractors’ personnel wear their PPE (personal protective equipments) on site, which are coveralls, safety hats, glasses, gloves, shoes, safety harness and any other specialized personal protective equipment as necessary. Ensure that all tools are factory manufactured, 
not "home made" and carries out daily cars and forklift checks. Ensure subcontractors, equipment, tools and materials are fit for use, and comply with the companies HSE procedures with regard to certification. Complete permits-to-work in accordance with the responsibilities given line manager.
