  • FAB Manufacturing Facility Conversion Projects - $81mil of a multimillion dollar state of the art manufacturing facility upgrade project.
Managed six Construction Project Engineers while interfacing with up to ten
Constructions Coordinators overseeing work in the field. 30+ manufacturing lab tenant
improvement projects during the 2-year tenure. Lab renovations varied from occupied and non-occupied up to 250+ various microchip tool install upgrades. Projects included
extensive Architectural, HVAC, Process Piping, Electrical systems upgrades including
large scale industrial long lead purchases.
2008 - 2010
  • FAB Manufacturing Facility Conversion Projects - $57mil of a multimillion dollar
manufacturing facility upgrade project.
Managed four Project Engineers on various project types as an Electrical Project
Manager, CSA Project Manager (Civil/Structural/Architectural) including overseeing
construction of a Bulk Peroxide Containment Building utilizing BIM (Building
Information Modeling) in addition to re-roofing an operating FAB. PM duties also
included Process Specific Specialty Systems (PSSS) which included installation of process
piping and electrical installations for various microchip processes.
2006
  • FAB Manufacturing Facility Conversion Projects - $5mil of a multimillion dollar project.
Projects included Manufacturing Gown Room and Clean Room retrofit, purchase and installation of high volume air handlers and Process Specific Specialty Systems (PSSS)
installations.

Construction took place alongside an operating computer room. Work involved
extensive electrical and mechanical upgrades to an existing UPS room requiring highly
coordinated shutdowns and start-ups for a new 750kw generator.

Design-build improvements of two separate 50,000 SF office buildings with data centers and research labs.
  • Office and Lab Conversions - 230,000SF / $4.1mil.
Construction management and design-build for six lease building tenant improvements
totaling 230,000 SF. Multiple projects involved architectural changes, mechanical, data,
electrical upgrades for offices, conference rooms and new computer labs.
  • Lab Fit-ups - 100,000SF/$1.5mil.
Design-build service of various demonstration rooms, raised floor labs and multimedia
rooms.
  • Office and Lab Conversion - 200,000 SF / $6.2mil.
Design-build of a 200,000 SF office and lab renovation. Project involved relocation
office occupants during construction, mechanical and electrical upgrades and multiple lab
upgrades, 4-telecom rooms, a new 15,000 SF computer lab.
  • Computer Research Lab Improvements - 12,000 SF / $2.6mil.
Design-build retrofits of five computer labs. Project included demolition and upgrades to electrical, mechanical, telecoms and architectural within the individual occupied labs.
The project consisted of extensive mechanical upgrades including 10 new Liebert units,
electrical upgrades and 96,000 lineal feet of data cabling.

Design-build office and lab renovation. Scope of work involved phase relocation of 1000 office occupants during construction, mechanical and electrical upgrades and

Construction management for over 100 projects in a two-year period. Projects included
