Duties included but not limited to: fabrication and installation of motor/pinch point guards and product chutes directly relating to the overall safety and production of M&M's and Twix candy bars in the Cleveland, Tennessee facility. I also played an integral part in the installation of a new product line, with an estimated cost of $27 million, finishing ahead of schedule and under budget.
